Kleenmaid’s Cast Iron Griddle CIG4523 is made of cast iron with a non-stick coating, designed to sear and grill food using a minimum amount of oil. It consists of 2 cooking zones: smooth and ribbed, allowing different degrees of cooking. This griddle is suitable for use on Induction cooktops with vitro-ceramic glass only, on the Bridging or Flexi Zones of the cooktop. If the cooktop has a Griddle or Barbecue function, this may also be selected.
